The report was titled “Warning: ultra-processed – A call for warnings on foods that aren’t really foods”, and it explained how it is mandatory for consumers to get the chance to know what those ultra-processed foods contain. They are foods but they aren’t real foods, they have some nutrients but they’re not really nutritious, and are given by companies that claim to offer choices that aren’t real choices.
