The victim: singer Mashonda
While Swizz Beats was celebrating the birth of his son with his wife Mashonda, the news that he was having a mistress became public. Her name was Alicia Keys. Beats and Keys maintained they didn’t actually have a romantic relationship until his marriage was over.
However, Mashonda had a different story. She published an open letter to her husband’s mistress, calling her out for destroying a family. Her open letter came after Keys posted a tweet about being in love. “You know what you did,” Mashonda wrote on Twitter.
Oddly or not, the three former frenemies are now on good terms, and they even wrote a book called “Blend: The Secret to Co-Parenting and Creating a Balanced Family.”
Alicia Keys and Swizz Beats have been married since 2010 and have two kids together.
