Iffy work culture!
Obviously, there are a lot of things that are subjected to luck and compatibility, like how well you get along with your manager and what type of person both of you are. Yet, when you work over 12-hour shifts and sacrifice your time with your family in order to advance to a better position only to get screwed, that also comes down to how the store handles their business as well. After all, it’s obvious in the backlog, and just refusing to advance someone on a whim is a sign of weird policies.

I used to work there. They have more than six secrets.
This Walmart story was a waste of time. If i ever to a story like this again I will immediately cancel out.
Didn’t see any secrets! Your story went no where!
When you order on line for things, it doesn’t always come from the same store and you get it in 2-3 deliveries!111
