The Moment Of Truth
Another reality TV show that must be put on the list of let’s say unusual ones is definitely The Moment of Truth. This is the American version of the Colombian reality game show Nothing But The Truth. The rules of the game show required the competitors to react to a list of 21 uncomfortable and intimate questions, with a monetary award associated with each answer. It sounded cool until now, especially if you were the brave one who was ready to share private information about your life.
In an episode, a female candidate once came clean about what she had done to her employer on the program, which made things awkward and made her face the outside world. The decision to show a particular episode was hotly contested by the production. This is one of those reality TV shows that didn’t last more than a year, from 2008 to 2009.
