Beyonce’s musical Halloween outfits have become iconic. In a white tank, leather jacket, jeans, chain belt, and a pixie wig, Beyonce faithfully re-created Braxton’s 1993 debut album for her cheeky shout-out to Tony Braxton.
She made sure to come up with only one change: cleverly changed the name Toni with Phoni, as it’s a Halloween costume, and there’s only one Braxton. The one who inspired Beyonce’s look loved the result, tweeting her own admiration right back to the single-ladies-singer: “OMG, how do you look better than me on my album cover? I totally love it! Thanks for the love, sis! Who run the world… GIRLS!”
