A lot of people who are addicted to substances or alcohol don’t realize when to stop or how bad things are going until they end up doing something really bad or they hit rock bottom. This was the case for well-known rockstar Billy Idol when he hit rock bottom back in 1990. The singer was involved in a big motorcycle accident after he had done drugs.
He ended up with a broken leg and arm, and the accident scarred him, so he decided to get sober and renounce using drugs. However, in 2021, he did talk about his journey and admitted that while he hadn’t done anymore drugs, he still drank from time to time.
