After President William McKinley was assassinated in 1901, Theodore (Teddy) Roosevelt was sworn in as the next state chief. He was 42, which made him the youngest man to become the leader of the US.
Before becoming the 26th president of the US, Roosevelt was the governor of New York. He is known for his corporate reforms, ecological preservation, and foreign policy. He also received the Nobel Peace Prize for playing a key role in ending the Russo-Japanese War.
He earned his rating with his vision as president, public persuasion, and performance.
