1. Judith Exner

Exner, who was the daughter of a well-off architect, served as a conduit between Kennedy and mobster Sam Giancana. She’s known for saying she had an abortion after finding out she was pregnant with the president’s child.

According to her, the late president was a very gentle, loving, and considerate man. She also said he was always concerned about her feelings. At least that’s what she claimed in a 1988 interview.

Longtime gossip columnist Lix Smith, who wrote a lot about Exner after she published her memoir “My Story” in 1977, says the First Lady wasn’t surprised by what she learned. Moreover, Jackie reportedly knew all about Judith Exner and every other mistress her husband had. She even read Smith’s stories about Judith with high interest.

Exner passed away in 1999 at the age of 65 after a battle with breast cancer.
